Who owns the content?
The client does. At all times. As part of the LouderVoice service we host and maintain the data for the duration of their contract. During this time the data is never used for any purpose but to populate your reviews in the manner you approve. Should the client terminate the agreement for whatever reason in the future the entire data set is returned to them within 30 days. We remove from our files within 90 days.

How many units of this solution have you sold?
Version 1.6 of the Loudervoice Review & Rate system was launched in September 2009. We have deployed fewer than 100 solutions since then. These include specialist online retail, hospitality, consumer electronics and FMCG. Customers range from micro-businesses selling kid's raingear to a US multinational, turning over $175m+ per annum. We will forward you case studies from each vertical market on a regular basis.

What are the real business benefits (cost reduction, revenue increase, etc.) to a customer?
After one active month, each customer can measure:
- Did the conversion rate of visitors improve?
- What percentage of these conversions visited the review pages prior to making their purchase?
- Has organic search engine traffic increased?
- Has the number of visitors from other sites increased? Particularly those traceable to loudervoice.com?
- Has traffic from Twitter/Facebook increased?
- Was any of the comments posted by a customer useful to you as an orgainsation
- Finally, where any of the above or the combination of the all worth a small monthly fee
If not, simply cancel the subscription..no penalty, no loss.

How does your solution work and how is it deployed to a customer?
In most cases, LouderVoice is deployed as an embedded Javascript Widget which we provide styled to match a customer’s site. This widget can be easily pasted onto any web-page or template to provide immediate review functionality including Facebook and Twitter integration.
Semi and fully custom solutions are also available.

Which languages is this solution available in?
LouderVoice is currently provided and supported in English but has been architected to allow for any other languages based on customer demand. The reviews themselves can be in any language as the platform is fully internationalized.

Which regions around the world are you able to service and support clients?
Since LouderVoice is provided as SaaS, we can support customers globally in the English language.

What support and SLAs do you have in place for the solution?
We provide email and phone support 9.00-17.00 GMT to partners. We will extend this offering based uptake and requirement of international partners.

Is there any cost to me as a Partner?
We anticipate no cost to you as an organisation to become a partner. LouderVoice will handle all sales training, material, development, administration costs.

How much can I expect to earn as a LouderVoice partner?
Earn over €7,200 in less than 12 months for 50 customer referrals or €35,000 for 200. Plus a recurring commission for the lifetime of the customer.
