LouderVoice api has been running on www.riverdance.com since November 2010 and LouderVoice also runs on the recently launched Riverdance App for iphone, ipad and Android. Riverdance is primarily a fan website and one key aspect of the site and the new App is to give the Riverdance fans the ability to interact with and give their say on all things Riverdance. Ticketing sites worldwide carry thousands of Riverdance reviews. LouderVoice has enabled Riverdance to incorporate the reviews on Riverdance's own platforms. LouderVoice reviews are posted in real time thus giving fans the option to voice their views directly and spontaneously while giving us instant feedback. We can communicate directly with the reviewers, answer questions, address any concerns as well as recruiting them for further communications. The reviews not only add real and relevant content, they also generate fantastic international PR for the show.
