Staff were so pleasant it was refreshing. The only complaint that I would have is that the rooms were just too hot and there didn't seem to be anyway of changing this although we had the windows open all the time - day & night!
We had our 9 month old baby with us and in fairness to all staff they were always accommodating and even in the restaurant when our baby started to cry we had our desserts in the room which they brought up for us.
Overall a great experience, wish the pool was a bit nearer though!
I would definately recommend a stay there!
