We stayed at Platenhof Hotel in Zurich for 3 nights an a holiday trip. Although the hotel does not have an impressive look from the outside the interior is impressive. Near the reception there is bar-cafe and close by there is a good Italian restaurant.
The room was spacious and clean with all the necessary comforts. The staff was very friendly and helpfull.
Moreover, the hotel is only 10 minutes away by tram from the city center. The tram tickets were also available at the reception.
We couldn't expect anything more for the price we paid and we would recommend this hotel without any hesitation.
