We were very impressed from walking into the hotel reception and the hotel, however, we were very disappointed with the washing facilities.
We did speak to the reception on 2 separate occasions, as whenever attempted to have a shower it was either scaolding hot or freezing cold, we were either burning ourselves or freezing ourselves.
Despite these 2 occaisions we had no luck and were very disappointed.
