Cis Cruinn with sun dried tomato

This is a delicious soft goat's cheese produced by Magpie Cottage Dairy in Co. Cork.
Handmade from their own raw goat's milk, it tastes fabulous, not too strong or overpowering. Bought in Mahon Point Farmer's Market, it will keep in the fridge for over a month as it is immersed in sunflower oil with herbs, garlic and sundried tomatoes.
Yummy, I really enjoyed it on some toasted brown bread with salad leaves.
