This hotel is confusing as it is divided into two main parts so the bedroom we booked into ended up being in a seperate part of the hotel than the wedding we were there to attend. It didn't put us out too much as the weather was good but it would've been a different story had it been gushing as it usually is in the west! Herselfs form would've been very different had her wedding hair doo been destroyed walking to the reception! Room was grand, bed a bit small but nice and clean. Staff were sound but nothing to write home about. Overall I felt it was overpriced for what we required and the surroundings we were in. It cost €142 for 1 night. If your going to a wedding in Castlebar use a B and B.
