As seen on TV. Try peeling spuds with a teaspoon, it'll be just as effective. Utterly useless so now in the bin.

Bought this item about six weeks ago. Has never worked well and has now failed to work at all. How can anyone screw up the design of something so simple? Blade and guide deflecvt so much that they actually follow the shape of the fruit/veg being cut. What a piece of expensive junk.Conor O'Neill at 10:26 - 29 Sep, 2008 said:
Yes, that's the fundamental flaw, the blade sits flush so cannot actually peel anything. If the body was made of metal like the cheap ones, at least you could bend it to shape.I just sharpened our old couple-of-quid metal one and it's perfect again.
