I love this relish: cucumber, onion, pepper, cider vinegar, sugar and spices. It tastes fabulous as an accompaniment to chicken and really lifts a sandwich.
Made in Donegal, bought locally in URRU in Bandon for 4.50, it is quite expensive but definitely worth it.
