Stay was fine. Room clean and good and food good.
Only irksome matter was that my phone was not connected in the room. I had to ring 3 times about this and was left holding for periods. I was told that this lack of phone connection was due to the fact that the Hotel (as opposed to Roomex) did not have my credit card no.. I gave this number and details twice but was not connected despite assurances that it would only take "2 minutes" twice. I gave up. There seemed to be language difficulty with staff.
