The room given was very small indeed with a slightly larger than single bed for two people! We requested a better room and were given a bigger room for the following nights. The mini bar was not stocked. Half of our luggage and passports were left in the original room by the staff when we were moved to the bigger room. I had to deal with the new room occupier to get our passports and luggage back !! The bigger room's window was screwed shut and we could hardly get a breath of fresh air. at 6.30 am every morning the heating was automatically switched on and rattled the radiators like cymbals, enough to startle you out of your wits. This hotel is in a residential area and is close to the tube station. The hotel is no way a 4* as advertised. It has aspirations but just doesent reach the standard. The staff were friendly and did respond to our complaints over the room size. We would not recommend this hotel to a friend.
