there was six of us staying from 16th until 20th june 2008 we all had a really enjoyable holiday in the Royal Dublin the front desk staff were really helpfull especially as i was in a wheelchair Thomas was great with a capital G he made us all so welcome the breakfast was the best ever and geraldine looked after us well and we ate in the hotel a few times due to bad weather and the food abd service was really good my parents have stayed with you before but for the rest of us it was a first time very enjoyable a minus point is that the lift broke down and we were on the 4th floor which was quite awful but was repaired by the end of the day our room was very hot and noisy but next time we will ask for the back of the hotel as it was much quieter and ps your room toilets are really low my mam got stuck on there a few times ha ha our very best wishes to the Royal and thank you for looking after us especially Thomas
