Overall,an enjoyable couple of days.Hotel very comfortable and staff very friendly.
However,disappointed with:
1) False emergency alarm @ 1.45am on 29/3/08.
2) Cold tea for breakfast on 2 mornings.
3) Very disappointing dinner in your Grill 21 restaurant
4) Heating in room 322 not working properly - had to get portable heater.
