We arrived to the hotel Fusion after a long 10 hour flight. We found the hotel to be located only two blocks from the Powell Street Bart satation in the centre of the city. So already it was perfect. The staff were super nice. very relaxed, helpfull and genuine! Our room was located on the third floor and was suprisingly quiet even though we were in the city centre. The room was large and spacious and the bathroom was perfect having fresh towels, shampoos and soaps also boasting a window. The room had coffee facilities, flat screen TV with 'Free' movie channels. It included a Free continental breakfast comprising of juices, coffee, teas, muffins, toast butter and jam, which you could bring to your room. Also it had free computer usage in one room so you can check your e-mail and such We had a problem the first night with the heating in that we couldnt turn it off. it seemed to be broken as we had a member of the hotel staff look at it. So we asked to move rooms the next day. The staff were very understanding and obliging. The next room we were offered was also excellent in that it was quiet and spacious. Overall, i have to say that we really enjoyed our stay here in this hotel. we had booked another more expensive hotel for the later part of our stay in san Francisco and we really wished we had come back to this one. It seems that other hotels charge you for everything the Hotel Fusion gives you for free such as movies, breakfast and internet usage I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone coming to San Francisco as it is friendly and in an excellent location.
