Stayed in the ballsbridge inn in Dublin 4
When I arrived the girl on the front desk was not sure if I was staying in the ballsbridge inn or the ballsbridge tower....I had to sho her my reservation before she could get me a room.
I asked was there parking prior to my arrival and told no. On arrive I saw there was parking for over 200 cars !!
The room was basic and I would not call it four star conditions. Bathroom needs to be update. Bed was comfortable.
On checking out the next day was told that I owed money on the room. When I told them that I paid in full on the website she wouldn't belive me and said that this was impossible that you can only pay a booking deposit on the website. I had to go back to my room and get my reservation details and show her that the room was paid in full, only then was I allowed to leave.
