samsung behold phone

My friend recently purchased a Samsung Behold so i decided to write my review on it . Hope you enjoy.

If you haven't noticed , the touch screens phones are the latest thing on the red carpet . This phone is also known as the SGH-T919 . It is very similar to the Samsung Omnia in its design and features . While offering a full functioning touch screen it also offers a 5 mega-pixel camera , a music player and support for T-Mobiles growing 3G network . The result is an attractive , powering phone with an easy yo use touch interface.

The Phones candy bar design resembles previous touch-screen phones like the Omnia and the Dare . It is an eye catching phone that has a sturdy feel in your hand.

The 3 inch display doesn't offer the biggest touch screen but provides 262,000 vibrant colours with vivid graphics.

The touch interface is intuitive and very responsive . As on the IPhone the behold has a sensor that dims its display automatically when you raise the phone to your ear during a conversation . It also has an accelerometer that will change the displays orientation as you rotate the phone.

The phone also has a huge 2000- contact phone book with room in each entry for four phone numbers . With the sim card it can hold an additional 250 contacts.

Other essentials include a vibrate mode , text and multimedia messaging , a calender , a calculator , a note pad , a task list , an alarm clock , a world clock , a stopwatch , a unit and currency converter . The big miss is however Wifi.

This phone isn't a smartphone, but it offers a much greater set of higher end options. You will find USB mass storage , PC syncing , instant messaging , voice memo recorder , GPS and full bluetooth.

The music quality isn't great but decent . I would advise to use headphones for the best music experience.

This phone has a battery life of 5 hours talk time and 12 days standby .

I hope you enjoyed my review of the Samsung Behold Phone.Thanks. David Kennedy
