Everytime I use Tescos delivery service, I vow never again! This time - 2 hrs late, eggs broken & incompetent staff.

We say exactly the same thing. One driver in particular always has some excuse as to why he is three hours late (always someone elses fault). Bags of lettuce usually squashed beyond belief. One driver told us that the reason the substitutions are getting more and more tenuous is that they miss internal management targets if they don't substitute. The loading bays are not protected from the elements so our last delivery was soaked with rain! But yet we still keep using them.......
