It's all about the execution and this is breathtakingly well done. Speak your tweets. Love it! Imagine this spoken :-)

Does it give u any feedback on the number of characters you've just spoken and will it translate "your" to "ur" etc. to minimise chars.

Character countdown was mentioned this morning. It could it very annoying! Also I don't think they can technically do it because unintelligible words are actually handed-off to humans to deal with. I love the shortening idea! I'm also trying to figure out if we can do reviews where we interpret "one, two, three" etc and use "colon" for ":".
Oh BTW, we really need to tell people about the activity RSS feed here so you can track reviews/comments etc. We're adding an icon on your profile header shortly but it's at /people/your_username/activity_feed

Twitterfone is great -- got an early invite and tried it out a few times... worked flawlessly. It seems to like my intonation. I've seen it getting things a bit wrong for some people, but it nails my tweets every time.
Twitterfone certainly has that initial WOW! factor, but I'm struggling to find a utility for it day-to-day. I'm usually in front of the computer, and its more convenient to fire my tweets into twhirl.
Cool product though.

I think I'll use it when out and about. I'll shoot a few in at the Irish Internet Association Congress today hopefully.
