I have mixed feelings having stayed at this hotel.
positives:
location - in an upmarket area close to lots of shops and restaurants and within easy walk of the trevi fountain and spanish steps
reception- large reception area and lounge which is very grand with big chandeliers etc
room size - large spacious rooms
bathroom- nice marble bathroom
negatives:
room decore - there was nothing wrong with it but it could be updated
reception staff- some were very helpful while others looked down there nose at you
heating - it was either too hot or cold we could not get the air conditioning to work properly
FOr the price it seemed good value but probably more of a good 3/4 star not 5.
