We had a great weekend whilst in Cork. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The only problems that we had whilst there was that the cleaning staff knocked and entered our room even tough we had a do not disturb sign on the door and also the chef serving the hot food for breakfast was very off hand.
On the plus side of things, the food in the restaurant was absolutely georgous. We stayed there last Feb and that was the main reason for going back as we have not had a meal like it anywhere else. Also the staff in the bar were so friendly. There was a debs or ball on down there when we were there but they made sure that the residents were looked after quickly and promptly. Also the price is very reasonable for dining.
Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone just looking to relax and take it easy. Will def be going again.
