My daughter, sister-in-law and I stayed in the Milford Plaza for 4 nights. Check in took us about 3 minutes and the staff were very friendly. We had a room with 2 double beds, which were very comfy and had feather pillows. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us and was cleaned daily. Bathrooms were spot on, decent space and great shower. The location of the hotel is brilliant, few minutes from Times Square and just down the street is the main bus station (Port Bus Authority). I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel to anyone and I would definitely stay there again if I visit New York. Booking with Roomex was fantastic, did it on-line and had no problems whatsoever.
