Staff were really friendly and helpful while not being intrusive. Rooms were clean and comfortable with all the expected facilities provided. Free minibar and tv stations were a welcome bonus, and the complimentary snack and drinks bar and pc access in the lobby is a lovely idea which made us feel welcome and at home. Will definatley stay in Banks Mansion again when we return to Amsterdam!
