Donoghues Butchers, Bridge St., Cavan. Have being buying sirloin & fillet steak for years. Nothing is better than Donoghues. Home produced steak, melt in the mouth, medium rare. With onions, garlic, Colmans mustard & side salad. Glass or 2 of Shiraz/C.Sauvingnon. Perfection! You choose dessert!
