Another belter of a wine from Guy Allion. This wine is quite different to the loud and abbrasive styles one finds in alot of Sauvignon Blanc's today. It displays delcious mouth watering flavours, but has an admirable softness and subtlety to it. I would recommend this wine to everyone, especially people who normally find Sauv-Blancs too acidic for their palate.
