Now a simple review written on a client's site or submitted by SMS can appear on their Facebook Page within minutes, building confidence and guiding others who want to know more about that business. Fundamentally it's about selling by word of mouth.

Some of our clients who have already turned the new feature on (total effort 2 minutes each!) are:

Based on this user feedback, we are now launching Simple SMS Reviews. The idea here is that you send your review to the same number as before (+353-87-9409325 or +44-778-6205133), you begin your SMS with the keyword "Re" and then the remainder of the SMS is your review in whatever style you like.

The main things to note are:

• Simple SMS reviews do not appear immediately. We have to add item and score information when they are received. The delay in publishing is variable from minutes to hours.
• Remember to include the name of the thing you are reviewing. This might seem obvious but we've forgotten it during testing!
• Somewhere in the review, mention the score you are giving from 1-5.
• We still support structured reviews using the "Review" keyword.

We're partnering with several of the exhibitors including Ummera and Bubble Brothers to encourage those who attend to review both the event and the individual stands. Reviews can be submitted by any of the usual methods but SMS seems the most appropriate. Keep an eye out for our flyers on the stands.

And we have an absolute corker of a prize for the most popular review. It's a BBQ Hamper from Spicendipity, a new Irish online food store which literally launched today! They sell homemade sauces and 100% natural spice mixes and baking mixes.

The Taste of Cork event runs from Friday 27th to Sunday 29th in the old City Gaol in Sunday's Well. The more reviews you write, the better chance you have of winning. We'll keep the competition open until Sunday 6th July to give you plenty of time to get those reviews in and increase your viewing figures.

Based on the reviews of Taste Of Dublin recently, this should be a great few days.
