I think the value of personal recommendations is huge where wine is concerned - three or four opinions from different members of the public are almost as good as having a taste before buying in helping customers make a choice.

Bubble Brothers use the LouderVoice widget instead of the review facility built into our online shop because it's proved very simple to work with and has been tastefully adapted by LV to match the look of our site; it fits in with, and helps to promote, twitter and facebook, which are increasingly important places for us to meet our customers; our suppliers love to see their wines reviewed; and I'm in no doubt that LV's enthusiastic development of the widget won't be resting on its laurels. An entirely useful, elegant, wide-awake gadget.

We're always looking for ways to engage with it@cork members and the LouderVoice widget has really helped us to do just that. We used it for the first time at our last event and were amazed at the number and detail of the reviews.
