My Name is Earl
A simple tribute to one of the all time great US comedy series. Joy is one of the finest comedy characters ever and the ensemble cast gave us many hilarious moments over the years. I'm sad to see it cancelled after all this time.

Hitler, The Rise of Evil
Both parts of this drama had a stellar line up of actors but they couldn't save a ropey script and cack-handed melodrama. Much of it felt forced and fake with far too much artistic licence. Pointless addition to the WWII canon really.

Weeds (Season 5)
The darkness, nastiness and sleazy feel is getting worse not better. This show took a bad wrong turn down a dead end last season and has not recovered. I've gone from looking forward to every episode in the past to actively considering giving up on it...
